Hand vacuum whirring in the living room in the seven o'clock hour... Yali sucking up the ant invasion... no evil villain cackles though...

As I pull eggs and bread for breakfast... he's organizing cardboard in the living room before class... “I'm making the Armor of God” he explains solemnly to me...

Mid-morning and we're somewhere between long division and Cyrano de Bergerac and plates of nachos...

...when Puck walks out to demonstrate clapping push-ups at Patience's request...

...before she returns to in-fighting with Yali which then devolves even further as Yali begins laughing at all the "w's" in his grammar video presentation “because they all look like butts!... hahahahaha!”

Afternoon is almost ripe for rain... a few drops spritz over the lawn as Yali and Patience imagine stories on the trampoline involving the fresh supply of fake blood from the milk jug in the fridge...

Puck emerges before his four o'clock work shift just in time for Patience to throw open her drawing tablet... ready for business... “Hold still while I draw you!” she commands... Puck obliges... three minutes later she presents the caricature masterpiece... “Look! I gave you a 'stache!” // Puck... both amused and somewhat confused offers feedback... “That's not what my head looks like...” // “Yes it does!” // “It's not... no one's head looks like an avocado”...

Puck then slides over to Produce for four hours...

Oxbear and Yali scoot off for fishing with the Scouts...

Patience to the studio for two hours...

And Mama running over and back over and back over and back... plating three installments of hand-packed cheeseburgers lemon pepper fish and French green beans by eight o'clock under shining alarm of waning gibbous moon on a cooling night...
