A Police Car
Friday, June 17, 2005
Bunker Hill Day – it was a slow eight and a half hours at the office, only made slightly interesting by the arrival of a police car on the scene at five after nine in the morning. Some unrecognizable man in a red car, talking on his cell phone, seemed very upset as the police woman spoke with him down by the church building. However, he left shortly afterward, and within half an hour, the police car was gone. Collette thought this was rather peculiar, but heard nothing more on the subject.
Meanwhile, there had been several moderately-sized earthquakes in California the previous day and more were expected to follow later. Plus, the St. Louis Blues were up for sale. In other news, Rose was still in Kansas City, and no one had heard anything as of then, from her, Annamaria, or Summer.
