An Anniversary

Saturday was for celebrating OLeif’s and Collette’s anniversary. After Puck had been shuttled off to Nana’s and Papa’s, his white blonde head peeking above the top of his car seat as he and OLeif thundered out of the neighborhood, there was just enough time in the rest of the day to prepare a Dutch Master’s photo shoot and to drive out to Grafton to eat at The Finn Inn (courtesy of Grandma Comb’s gift certificate).
That evening, the sun set in strips of gold and orange, hinting toward the coming autumn.
And the day ended with a movie, a turtle sundae for OLeif, and Reeses peanut butter cups for Collette.
