After the library and bank, third stop: the Silverspoon’s. Gloria already had an early cake cooling on the stove for the birthday boy, who was happy running around in the bright, cool, sunshine and a lawn so green, it could be Irish.

While Puck pretensed to nap, Theodore and OLeif drove out to Wildwood to pick up a bed for Puck.

When they returned, there was a pineapple cake for Puck, and presants, including puzzle games and a slew of new clothes for the summer.

Then to Memorial with Carrie, followed by barbecue on the green patch out front before returning to the Silverspoon’s with Theodore and Izzy for a premiere viewing of the eleventh doctor in Doctor Who: The Eleventh Hour.

And that night, OLeif transferred Puck while he was sleeping, into his brand new bed, just in time for his third birthday.
