August 1st

It was a gray day out.
Followed with a little rain.

A portion of OLeif’s Saturday was spent discussing Curly’s latest endeavor: an album of eclectic works, stemming from the collected inspirations of himself, Magnus, Joe, and a variety of other friends.
They were gradually being recorded, track by track, including their latest masterpiece: a remake version of Beauty and the Beast, in rap.

Following lunch, prepared by Curly (including chocolate chip cookies), Izzy departed for work, and everyone busied themselves with website discussions, naps, errands, writing, and etc.

There were several more rounds of Blokus in the afternoon, once Puck had completed a bath, that had originally started out with some tears.

“Come on, Puck,” Gloria encouraged him. “In the tub. It’s all ready.”
“No! Too hot! Too hot!” Puck declared.
“It’s not too hot.”
“I can’t! Too hot!”
“It’s really not too hot.”
“I can’t!”
“Yes, you can.”
“I can’t!”

Puck came streaking through the living room out to the kitchen yelling, “I can’t! I can’t!”
However, he was soon successfully coaxed back into the

bubbles, pleased with the temperature of his bath.

And for the evening, Collette looked over the Symphony concert series and began a new painting while watching a movie with OLeif.
