Monday was still gray and somewhat cool.

Collette and Puck took Linnea grocery shopping with them and purchased ingredients to make peanut punch, a recipe from Barbados, which seemed to be a hit. They did, however, leave out the raw egg beaten with citrus peel.
Then it was into the Algebra II tutoring with Francis, which was not finished until he whined a little about the French music Collette was playing on her laptop.

That night, Collette had another walk, jog.
The weather was cool and beautiful.

And there was the usual routine upstairs:
Puck would ask for the hall light to be left on after he went down for the night.
Later, Collette would turn it off when she thought he was asleep. Sometimes, if he hadn’t fallen asleep yet, he would say:
“Turn light on.”
Collette would turn it back on and wait a few seconds.
“Turn light on.”
She turned it off.
“Thanks.”

Collette and OLeif enjoyed the cheese from their gift basket over water crackers that evening, while Collette watched the BBC version of Mansfield Park.
