Autumn Coming

Tor’s 13th birthday – one year away from his golden. And the sun had returned upon the land. The air was cool and blue. Some of the leaves were already gold. It was a hot macaroni and cheese day. It was a day to look forward to apple pies and pumpkins and scarecrows, an autumn trip to Hermann. In the meantime, there were a mere seven days left in summer and Collette looked forward to their end.

In the good news of things, Joe’s final Eagle paperwork had passed inspection. And so, he could finally relax and enjoy his senior year, preparing for things to come.
