Another day at home with just the Puck.

OLeif woke up with a splitting headache. Puck showed his concern by polishing off his oatmeal, banana, and milk, and marching into OLeif’s room.
“I will fix you headache wiff da scwoodriver,” he said. “Maybe so.”
Shortly later, Collette ran her knee into an open cabinet door.
“Criky!” she exclaimed.
Puck thought that this was so hilarious, that he got an attack of the giggles and fell over with his head on her shoulder, laughing.

For lunch, OLeif returned to make Puck laugh at his antics, and to re-watch Doctor Who: Forest of the Dead, in preparation for the end of all things January 2nd in: The End of Time. It would be chilling, no doubt.

That evening, after Puck’s bubble bath and dinner with Little Bear, he went down in his crib, all warm and cuddly with a worn copy of Calvin and Hobbes, while OLeif finished a Christmas Eve service ad for Scott Hamilton Pie and left for the South’s house where there would be music and chili.
