Over in the gray…

Puck was busy chopping into a shiny new apple, which made him feel very grown-up and important, and amusing himself with ‘Playgos’ (Legos).

It was a quiet day.

Mom and Dad had breakfast at First Watch.

Collette pulled out the usual assistance with Rose in math and with Francis in math and merit badges.

Carrie-Bri continued the execution of her three or four entrepreneurial endeavors and orientation week at Swinburne for her second masters.

Rose left for the library in the late afternoon and tacked on a visit to OLeif’s and Collette’s for waffles and what else but another smashing avalanche of Olympic Games.

And Puck played choo-choo trains with Carrie in the living room.

That night, Collette called it a day after the concluding medal ceremony of ice dancing, wherein the young Canadian couple took away the gold, and the young Americans (skating to Phantom of the Opera), the silver, both pairs being best friends and sharing skating ice back home… as the story went.
