Fingerprints

Monday, October 5, 2009

Monday morning was partially spent at the police department getting background checks and fingerprint cards filled out for the FBI. More adoption process.
“I do this all the time,” said the police officer, guiding Collette’s fingers onto the card. “But it’s much more pleasant company this time.”
Collette could only imagine, having fingerprinted enough obnoxious characters whilst working at the bank years ago.

Afterward, OLeif dropped by QT to fill up the car and pick up a package of peanut butter honey crackers for the chubby after Puck had specifically requested them upon pulling up to the pump.

Later into the day over at the house, Puck seemed more interested in singing Jesus Loves Me in his crib than in napping that afternoon. And shortly later he spent the sunny hours outside with his Lila, jumping and running around and chasing Trooper.
