In which the Sixth Season of Doctor Who is unfolded…
A cool morning of rain.
Puck remembered his Rice Krispy Treat bar from previously in the week.
“I want my bar,” he said seriously. “I waited for a billion years to have it!”
So he had hit that phase…
A tiny moth accompanied them for breakfast.
And the morning continued with readings, typing, and dishes.
As the radar turned green and yellow, orange and red, Puck perused the hot ham on his plate for lunch.
“I was praying to God to give me the lovely orange juice and the lovely food,” he said, with gratitude.
Shortly before dinner, the rain began to fall.
And 7:30 was Movie Night with the kids. And the usual Cheez-Its, vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate wafer cookies (a staple of OLeif’s and Joe’s), and green tea ginger ale. Plus the giant gluten free chocolate cookie for Collette.
Carrie had come as well, and with the bunny. He bounded curiously around the basement until Joe held him and made his ears flap up and down.
Doctor Who, the new season. Utah. 1969. The Silence. And further complaints about Dr. River Song…
“I can finally say I’ve slept with a U-Haul packing blanket. It’s pretty awesome. It’s like wrapping a years worth of dryer lint around my body. Sooo warm…”
