Headaches

Sunday, February 27, 2005

On the first to the last day in February, Collette woke up with a bugger of a headache. It was fortunate that there was still a small portion of sinus pills remaining from earlier. Why the weather enjoyed playing with her deficiencies… but what use was there in complaining. It didn’t change the level of ragweed or pollen, or whatever she might happen to be at odds with that fair gray winter morning. Besides, the heavens seemed to have redeemed themselves with the promise of rain that evening.
