After church, Carrie reviewed the singing Arabic alphabet with Puck.
Also after church, Collette learned that Nacchianti had been punched in the face in a mosh pit and knocked out cold. He was still sporting a subtle black eye to the early morning service.
After lunch, OLeif and Joe went to the movies.
After Puck went down for the night, OLeif went to the McCrae’s (where Joe and Rose had also gone) for youth group where there was plum pie.
In the afternoon, Lucia had come over to have Carrie dye her hair, rather, highlight her black hair with bright blue.
This was going on while Snuggles was in the kitchen finishing off the last deviled egg.
“I feel like an alien!” Lucia declared, after looking in the mirror.
Parts of her head were still wrapped in foil, waiting to finish dyeing. While Carrie waited to wash her hair, they took Puck out on the back patio and shot silly string into the warm afternoon air.
