Life on a Tuesday

Tuesday, September 12, 2006

More rain for Tuesday, for which Collette was always grateful. The alarm rang at 5:30 in the morning for OLeif to get up and make pancakes for Ben-Hur and Augustus who arrived at 6:00 for breakfast and Hebrews. The kitties likely bounded off at the sound of the knock at the door.

Meanwhile, it was a rare Tuesday for Collette to go into the office, and she was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a slow quiet day, which she thought should have been highly unusual. Later in the afternoon while the staff were in their weekly meeting, Mom and Linnea dropped by to give Collette a twisty donut. And Collette tied off the end of Linnea’s new blue bouncy balloon before she left.

Even the evening was particularly quiet as only the kitties spent the dinner hour with Collette while OLeif was out to dinner at Penn Station with Wally.
