March 26

It was time for another day at the church office.

Before OLeif dropped her off, however, back home, Puck was having fun running into their room, hiding behind the door, waiting until ‘Mama’ or ‘Daddy’ would come in to find him, then slamming the door shut and giggling as he locked it. There was a pile of pennies on the piano for the very purpose of unlocking doors in the house should Puck lock himself in. A perfect key. But Puck had not yet mastered this technique.

Until departure time, Puck carried around his Easter card from Grandma Snicketts and raided the refrigerator, although not eating any of it.

Let’s see what we got in here,” he said to himself.

It was a quiet day at the office. Only Sinai was in, and for just a few hours at that.

Six and a half hours passed quickly. And Collette was picked up by OLeif, Puck, and Gloria, to do a little shopping for OLeif’s new wardrobe.

Then Mexican at the Silverspoon’s where Izzy was just leaving for another swing dance. Rose over to drop off Carrie’s old hard drive for OLeif and join in the dinner. Puck down for the night under Gloria’s watch. Back home for OLeif to design banners, laundry, a half pint of chocolate waffle cone Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for OLeif, writings, BallyK, and etc.

Just the same, Collette was happy that the week was coming to a close.
