November 27
It was a quiet day.
At the house, Collette busied herself filing and shredding old documents while the boys set up the little Christmas tree. Puck helped to hang the ornaments on the branches, claiming that he was ‘very busy’.
And while Puck napped, OLeif and Collette finished their adoptive parent education seminars on DVD.
Then they took a drive together, let Puck play at the park for a short while where he ran through mud slicks and climbed a large man-made boulder, fueled up the car (where Puck asked for a cracker box, which he was given for dinner), and a drive by the Candle’s new house.
And then back home for Puck’s bath.
That evening, OLeif joined Rose, Tennessee, Joe, Ben-Hur, Augustus, and Wally at Pizza Hut (where Tennessee was working for the night), to socialize.
