In which the games continue…
The sunshine had returned, but morning-masked via sheets of midwest-country grays and blues, gold-splashed by noon.
Meanwhile, five days of nothing but beef, chicken, eggs, cheese, and beans was taking its toll. Collette was tempting soft-curses upon Tim Ferriss. Although even she had to admit that the allure of sweets and breads had subsided. At least until Sunday…
In other news… Collette had lived 846,201,600 seconds.
Luke and Puck were arguing with Leia as to whether or not the long pillow she was holding, was a skyscraper.
“It has a tag on it, see Leia? So it’s not a skyscraper.”
The stuffed Longhorn was also an issue in the afternoon during Collette’s hour-walk…
“What are these lines, Mama?”
“Horns. Longhorns.”
“Why don’t they make any sounds?”
And Puck received an invitation in the mail from Lulu Kennedy to participate in a sticker club.
The Cards kicked things off once again that night at another 19:05.
A little bit of drudgery…
And OLeif was up till nearly two with another outline for class.
