As it happened, Rose stayed over till 11:30 to watch the BBC version of Mansfield Park after OLeif had made peanut butter cookies.

The next morning Carrie-Bri gave Puck a haircut. He looked quite smashing. And then while Collette got Francis and Linnea into their Portuguese lessons and Francis’ algebra, Carrie took Puck shopping.
An hour later they returned after having visited the puppies at the pet store, Carrie had purchased two new tops for Puck from H&M, a Wall E book from the bookstore, and a bucket of soft pretzel sticks.
Puck was very happy with his gifts and began tearing off pieces of his pretzels to share with everyone.

That afternoon, Creole came over once again for more work at the neighbor’s house. Then he helped Francis mow the yard.
“Looks like Francis pulled a ‘Tom Sawyer’ on him,” Mom laughed.
She had just returned with Linnea from her gymnastics class and a Coca-Cola slushie from QT.
Linnea was leaving for South Carolina with a friend on Friday, for a week.

That evening, Rose ran a few errands with Collette before returning to await Magnus’ and Joe’s arrival for movie night and more peanut butter cookies.
