Scientific formula for having a date with the husband while also having three children still at home :

Kids + Kindles* + McDonald’s + Minivan = Afternoon Drive Date**

*Kindles absolutely must come equipped with headphones, or date will be mostly ineffective

**Must leave teenager at home in basement lair in order for this formula to be maximally effective
