While climbing the jungle gym at Faust Park on a steamy afternoon between games of hide-and-seek, and purchases from the ice cream truck:

Puck: “Mom, you should become a teacher.”

Collette: “Why’s that?”

Puck (with guilty smile) : “Uh… because you’re… nerdy?”
