“Yali… where are the peanut butter cups?”
Yali stared at me, holding a small bugle in one hand. “In my belly. Right there.” He pointed the bugle at his gut.
“So all the chocolate is in your belly?”
He nodded with a big smile, as if I’d approve. “Chocolate. Right there.” This time he pointed to his knee inside the red pajama pants he’d put on backwards. “Two chocolate right there.” He pointed his bugle to both knees.
