Tectonic Plates

Every month the boys got themselves measured against the doorway of the pantry. This time, Puck discovered that not only had he not grown, but he seemed to have slightly shrunk.

“I don’t get that,” he scoffed. “The house must have moved around or something. There must have been an earthquake in another country. Either that, or the tectonic plates moved.”
