Over at the house, the whiteboard read:

  • picture frame

  • chapstick

  • bacon

  • eggs

  • buttermilk

Meanwhile, Puck hurried back to snuggle with his aunts under cozy soft blankets.

After three months living in the beauty of the New Mexican highlands, Joe was returning home in two days. The girls had made final revisions to his newly-remodeled bedroom, which was looking very bachelor-eclectic-1930’s. Even the cats mewed as if they couldn’t wait to see their best owner.

Nearing eleven o’clock, Collette received word that they had been given I-800A approval from the United States, which meant that the dossier would be shipped to Colombia even sooner than expected. Happy day.

Good Greek hummus from Grandma Combs and whole-grain crackers for lunch…

In the afternoon, Carrie heard that, after a year in the Middle East, Paige Popp’s husband was returning the following day from active duty. To help them in their celebration, Carrie brought over a bottle of champagne.

At four o’clock, Carrie-Bri snazzed up Puck’s scalp into a fohawk while Linnea-Irish triumphed over the loss of her first molar, and brewed a pot of hot chocolate to celebrate.

Home for their own celebration of the passing of the I-800A with a pizza and the horribly tragic ending of season three of BallyK.
