Uneasy

Oh, had it all been busy. Collette somehow felt as though she had just been through a war and had lost several close friends in the action. From OLeif throwing a “temper tantrum” in the store, Wednesday night, because he wanted soda, and Collette didn’t, to thoughts of Joe going into seismology, Collette’s idea of an intensive tutoring course for Joe and Rose over the next two and three years, the Derek Webb concert and over six thousand Africans dying daily from disease… it had been a long couple of days… the world seemed to be waiting for something. Collette had an uneasy spot in her heart that warm sunny April day.
