Everyone's home in the afternoon for awhile between Walgreen's for athletic wraps and back from overnights and neighborhood jogs and play therapy and Red Robin with friends and making more fake blood in the kitchen and fencing class... just missing rain shedding somewhere south and east...

Patience is in the kitchen washing dishes... cuts herself on something... “Ouch!” // “Need a band-aid?” // “Yes” // Puck walks over to inspect the little stream of blood coasting down her finger... “Rub some kitty litter in it” he suggests...

Meanwhile after Yali finds her a band-aid... he gets practicing parry repostes with his fencing foil in the living room before class... “Let me see that” Puck commandeers the sword piece... begins thrashing it around in circles knocking things off the table as Yali begins to laugh wildly... “This is how you do it” Puck explains to him... but then...

...he gets distracted by the handheld blowtorch and a marshmallow which he begins toasting on the banister for no very good reason... “HEY!” Patience bellows at him... then gets to thinking as she watches the marshmallow flame into charcoal... “I'll pay you ten bucks if you eat that”... Puck glances at the charred brick... “Sure” **pops it in his mouth with absolutely zero trouble whatsoever** // “Okay I'll get your money!” Patience declares as she runs off to her room... seconds later returns with 20 Chinese yuan... “What” // “I'll get you some mooooore!” Patience's voice fades down the hall... returning with a wad of foreign currency and smacks it into Puck's hand... “What is this?... 500 Mexican pesos? Two Barbados dollars?” **pause to contemplate** “This is all going in my wallet”...

After Puck's wallet is stuffed with notes from around the world... he pulls out his Army Blue Book to continue memorizing the Soldier's Creed... “...and destroy the enemies of the United States of America...” // “Good job!” Patience encourages him... slapping him on the back as she runs off to her room...
