14 JUL 25

Patience and Yali – wearing three layers in a muggy heat because he likes his too-cool-for-school "look" – are walking the neighborhood with me that morning... tripping over each other... running into each other... laughing every time one of them gets bumped off the sidewalk... Yali pauses at his reflection in the tinted window of a Gold Standard Auto Spa van to check out his hair...

Back home the “wild” continues as Yali throws himself into walls in mock-battle with invisible villains...

...Puck is analyzing vintage town cars and financing options online between work-outs...

...and Patience loudly blends peach-and-kiwi smoothies in the kitchen...

...while I plate some lunch for the boys before driving Patience to our joint play-therapy session...

After utilizing a box full of rubber turtles and cheeseburger hats and twelve rounds of tic-tac-toe during our session together...

Back home Yali is practicing routine rounds of cartoon screaming from his room where more bad guys and good guys are duking it out...

...while Patience gets online for speech therapy...

...and Puck gets shuttled back over to Produce for four hours...

Skip ahead a couple of hours and... “Guys... how did you eat the entire casserole in twenty minutes? Puck didn't even get any of it yet...” // “Oops...”
