While ordering drinks for Oxbear and Puck in the McDonald’s drive-thru, realize that my experience with coffee is so limited, I am unsure which of the following orders is considered proper coffee etiquette…

“I would like one large black coffee.”

“I would like one large coffee – black.”

While trying to figure that out, Yali – in full bat costume – begins shouting from the back seat that, if he and Patience also can’t have something to drink, it will undoubtedly make them “die and live in a gravestone.”
