Short list of distractions preventing Yali and Patience from completing their classes within an acceptable frame of time that morning...

• The dog

• Changing into a suit
• Movie script ideas
• The snake
• A need for eye drops
• A request for Cheez-its
• Eating Cheez-its found in a sealed packet under the couch
• Broken bobby pins
• A request to participate in my chocolate bar from London
• “My stomach hurts”

Classes still somehow largely wrapped by a late lunch... Yali and Patience are giggling in the kitchen filming their own cooking show which Yali later edits to some kind of epic pop music... no one has ever before witnessed such a majestic making of a quesadilla...

South in a splash of cold sunshine to our dance shop for another pair of leather soft shoes from Ireland... the soles are tearing off Patience's old pair and she needs an updated fitting...
